Questions about the audit

Is the brand audit really free?

Yes. The fifteen questions and the score are free, with no email needed to start. You only leave an email if you want the detailed report sent to you and reviewed by us.

Do I need to give my email to see my score?

No. You see your score, the band and the five-area breakdown straight away, because that is calculated in your browser. The email step is what unlocks the written report and puts a copy in front of a person.

What does the score actually measure?

Five areas, three questions each: positioning, identity, voice, systems and digital presence. Each answer scores 0, 1 or 2, giving a total out of 100. It is a self-assessment, so the value comes from answering honestly rather than defensively.

How long does it take?

About four minutes for the questions. It saves as you go, so you can close the tab and come back to it later on the same device.

What happens after I send it?

Your answers arrive in our studio pipeline and a person reads them. If something is clearly worth fixing, we will say so plainly. There is no obligation and no automated sequence beyond the report email.
